EctoHR, Inc. welcomes Michelle Vorase to the team

EctoHR, Inc. is pleased to welcome Michelle Vorase to its staff of experienced HR professionals.

Michelle brings with her over 15 years of leadership in Human Resources, supporting a wide variety of industries. Most recently, Michelle served at Thomson Reuters as Director of Human Resources, where she worked as a strategic business partner to the Executive Vice President and the executive leadership team, supporting the Healthcare division, Thomson Reuters’ then-fastest growing business.

Prior to that, Michelle served as Regional Human Resources Business Partner for Citizens-Hanover Insurance. During her tenure with Citizens, she partnered with the Regional President and regional leadership team, supporting twelve states in the Midwest and Central regions, and over $1B in revenue.

EctoHR’s clients will be pleased to know that Michelle brings expertise in consulting, management and executive coaching, variable compensation, M&A due diligence, integration and divestitures, workforce planning, organizational and job design and much more.

Michelle earned her SPHR certification through the Human Resources Certification Institute, and holds a BA in Human Resources Management from Concordia University, Ann Arbor. Michelle has been an active member of the Greater Ann Arbor Society for Human Resource Management (GAASHRM), and was a founding board member of the Livingston Human Resources Association SHRM chapter (LAHRA).

Michelle is a local resident and enjoys running and boating in her personal time.
