Steve Williams

President

Steve has 25 years in HR and an Economics degree from the University of Michigan. He founded EctoHR in 2005 after holding key roles at a national PEO, software company, and payroll firm. Steve holds the SHRM-SCP certification and is a sought-after speaker at industry and training events around the country.

Colleen Burke

HR Director and Shareholder

Colleen joined EctoHR in 2012 after graduating from the University of Michigan with a degree in Communications and Psychology. She focuses on HR Consulting for clients while integrating EctoHR’s service operations across our team. Colleen holds the SHRM-CP certification, is an engaged Vistage Michigan member, and a certified Everything DiSC® Workplace trainer.

Erica Lordon

HR Director and Shareholder

Since joining EctoHR in 2011, Erica has specialized in HR Consulting and Operations. She supports clients across many industries, while maintaining a strong focus on construction. Erica has a degree in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University and holds the SHRM-CP certification. Erica oversees EctoHR’s HR consulting and outsourcing service team.

Randy Davison

Talent Acquisition Director and Shareholder

Randy brings over 12 years of HR and Recruiting experience to his role as the Talent Acquisition Director for EctoHR. In his role, Randy leads recruiting strategy development, process management, and EctoHR’s commitment to finding the most qualified candidates for our clients. Known for finding top talent, he has placed candidates across construction, manufacturing, non-profit, and banking, including many C-Suite roles. Randy joined EctoHR in 2018 after earning a degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and working in a corporate HR role in banking.
