Supporting Growth Through Seamless HR Partnership

As a rapidly growing software company based in Arizona, focusIT needed to scale without being slowed down by HR complexities and administration. With a fully remote team that serves more than 500 mortgage clients and 10,000 end-users, President Josh Bopp turned to EctoHR in 2006 to help maintain focusIT’s identity as an “employer of choice” while staying lean, responsive, and compliant.

Over the years, the partnership has grown alongside the company, including helping Josh launch Aduvo, his latest entrepreneurial effort. Strengthening Teams Through Strategic HR

Great Lakes Bay Health Centers (GLBHC) is a network of over 30 community health center locations dedicated to serving underserved populations throughout the Great Lakes Bay region and beyond. Offering comprehensive services including medical, dental, and behavioral health care, GLBHC partnered in 2021 with EctoHR to support its rapid organizational growth and enhance its human resources capacity. Initially referred to recruit two c-suite positions (Chief Workforce Development Officer and Chief Growth Development Officer), EctoHR quickly became a strategic HR partner to the organization.

Beyond executive recruitment, EctoHR supports GLBHC with in-office HR assistance, recruiting, HRIS implementation, retirement plan contribution calculations, and the overall development of the HR department. EctoHR has consistently earned praise for its responsiveness and tailored support to GLBHC.

EctoHR’s work has led to the successful hiring of several key roles and a strengthened HR structure, including the addition of a Chief Operations Officer, HR Manager, and Benefits Specialist.
