Colleen Burke is now a DiSC Certified Trainer

EctoHR, Inc. is pleased to announce that Colleen Burke (formerly Richards) is now an Everything DiSC Certified Trainer! Based on EctoHR’s status as an authorized partner of The Wiley Group, Colleen had the opportunity to attend a three day JumpStart session in Minneapolis, MN in August. The purpose of this conference was to further develop our knowledge of the DiSC tools and to collaborate with other trainees on how to best utilize them with our client. EctoHR offers training, coaching, and consulting services and the Everything DiSC profile is one of our most effective tools.
