EctoHR, Inc. is excited to announce that we have been asked to lead the 2014 Livingston County Compensation and Benefits Survey!
Sponsored by the Howell Chamber of Commerce Foundation, this event gives us the opportunity to assist local businesses with benchmarking information for both compensation and benefits in the local area. Information provided through this survey will include salary and benefits statistics, trends for specific industries, and trends based on location.
In order to participate, companies need to fill out an online survey with required position information. The survey will be released in early September.
EctoHR will present our findings to participants at a Howell Chamber of Commerce event in late September or early October. Participants will receive a copy of each survey that is run for them, and will also have an opportunity to learn more about the process and overall trend analysis at the presentation.
EctoHR previously led the Compensation and Benefit Survey process in 2012 and is excited to be invited back for the second time!
