EctoHR is pleased to welcome Stacy Paavola to the team in the position of Director of HR!
Prior to joining EctoHR, Stacy worked for 11 years at Target, progressing to her final position as Senior Assets Protection Market Leader. Stacy began her career at Target as an Executive Team Leader for two years, where she oversaw the guest service and merchandising of multiple departments. Stacy also held senior-level HR Business Partner roles in Detroit and Los Angeles and was the Group HR Manager for Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. As Group HR Manager, she provided leadership and direction to 79 stores. Her final position as Senior Assets Protection Market Leader gave her the opportunity to build an Assets Protection Field Leadership team, ensuring that all Target stores were staffed with high caliber talent.
Stacy earned her degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. She grew up in Howell, MI and now lives in Fenton, MI with her husband Chad, and two daughters, Maddie (6) and Addie (4). Her favorite way to spend free time is being with her family outdoors.
