The 2014 Livingston County Compensation and Benefits Survey results are in!
Steve Williams, president of EctoHR, will present the highlights of the report, as well as other key human resource, benefit and compensation updates, at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24, at the Howell Chamber of Commerce.
Sponsored by the Howell Chamber of Commerce Foundation, this survey gives EctoHR, Inc. and the Chamber the opportunity to assist local businesses with benchmarking information for both compensation and benefits in the local area. Information provided through this survey will include salary and benefits statistics, trends for specific industries, and trends based on location.
Companies that participated in the survey will receive a free copy of each survey run for them, and will also have an opportunity to learn more about the process and overall trend analysis at the presentation. Those not participating will be charged $175 for the data.
EctoHR previously led the Compensation and Benefit Survey process in 2012.
Also on hand at the same meeting will be a representative of the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget, Bureau of Labor Market Information and Strategic Initiatives, who will talk about trends, unemployment data, growth sectors, and high-demand positions.
